Pour the contents of 1 sachet a day into a glass of water and add 150 ml of water.
It reduces muscle cramps, fatigue and exhaustion and helps alleviating headaches or migraines.
MAGNESIUM 400 + D31 sachet daily for adults and children over 14 years of age. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass and add 1.5 dl of water. Magnesium may produce laxative effects. If this happens, half the dose and reduce intake.
