Determine your biological age
With the epiAge test you can accurately determine your biological age. Your biological age, also called epigenetic age, tells you how your body has aged up to this point. Based on this information, you can then draw conclusions about your health status: if your biological age is lower than your actual age - thins means that you are on the right path to long-term health, even in old age. If your epigenetic age is higher than your actual age, it may be time to make some adjustments to your lifestyle. Exercise, fasting, a healthy diet or less nicotine and alcohol can have an extremely positive effect on the ageing process in your body. The epiAge test will give you little boost to overcome these obstacles more easily.
