How royal jelly affects cardiovascular health?
As a superfood, royal jelly has extremely positive effects on the entire human organism. Today, its traditional use is supported by studies that yield exceptional results.
The Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Primorska, in collaboration with Medex, conducted a study on the effects of consuming royal jelly on the lipid profile, satiety, inflammation and antioxidant capacity in asymptomatic overweight adults (Petelin et al., 2019).
In the research, it was found that the continuous intake of 2000 mg of royal jelly daily for at least 2 months lowers the level of total cholesterol by 8%, lowers systemic inflammation by 21%, increases leptin, the hormone that regulates hunger and triggers the feeling of satiety, by 17%. Research has also shown a 35% increase in bilirubin, with higher concentrations in the normal range reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease and the possibility of heart attack and stroke by 20-30%. A 45% increase in serum total antioxidant potential (TAC) was also found, suggesting a positive effect on reducing the risk of cardiovascular complications.

Recommended routine:
Consume before breakfast, on its own or diluted with water. The slightly spicy taste of the product and deposit at the bottom of the bottle are due to the natural properties of the ingredients. Shake before use.
