The Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Primorska, in cooperation with Medex, conducted a study on the effects of royal jelly consumption in humans (Petelin et al., 2019). The research showed that continuous intake of 2000 mg of oyal jelly daily for at least 2 months provides significant benefits for individuals with an elevated body mass index.

Recommended routine:
Consume before breakfast, on its own or diluted with water. The slightly spicy taste of the product and deposit at the bottom of the bottle are due to the natural properties of the ingredients. Shake before use.
