Recommended daily dose:
One supplied spoon (1 g)
It is to be taken in the morning on an empty stomach by dissolving it under the tongue. Keep it refrigerated and use it within 30 days after opening.
Individuals allergic to royal jelly should not take this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Food supplements are not a substitute for a well-balanced and diverse diet. Keep the product away from children!
Store in a dark, dry place with temperature under 25 °C.
Once opened, store the royal jelly jar in the refrigerator under 4 °C and use it within 30 days.
