Recommended daily dose:
Two capsules a day with 200 ml of liquid.
Both capsules may be taken at the same time and we recommend taking them before a meal.
For an optimal effect take the capsules for 3 months (time liver needs to regenerate). Capsules may be taken continuos. for a longer period of time.
